Dr. Delores Johnson Price is employed with Alabama A&M University as Chairman of the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Educational Leadership in the School of Education. She is a Parental Involvement and Educational Consultant; and former teacher, counselor and principal, widely recognized for her ability to improve struggling schools. Dr. Price is active in local, state and national, civic and professional organizations. She is a graduate of University of Evansville, Loyola University Chicago and the Harvard Principals Academy. She is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the distinguished “United Way Hero”. Dr. Price is the proud mother of two children and one granddaughter.
